Add ability to download more zoom levels when fetching visible area. #36

In the WorldMapPanel, I would like to be able to download more zoom levels or, ideally select minimum and maximum zoom level to fetch.

We should be careful not to burden a lot the map providers with such high stream of requests. I will close this for now.
