Add turbot vehicle #78

I added our vehicle by copying & modifying the file from LAUV, removed Yoyo and CommRelay maneuvers, Iridium comms and setup correct IMC id and IP address.

Hi Miquel, Do you really need a custom console? Despite the name lauv.ncon, that console is intended to be used on AUVs. Best, Paulo

That makes sense. I reverted the commit.

Just merge, but with a small name change on the file.
