Removing availability/topic interest should(?) remove panel interests #13

Or should we leave it, and have them uncheck all? We could also always wipe manually from database... :P. Needs some clean way to say "whoops, turns out I'll be busy that week".

Wipe it, change how we deal with it when we build a search interface. For now, it disappears, it should not have a value.

I'm starting to think #22 will be faster to implement than this

Check if I can just keep showing panels they've shown interest in instead of deleting ones not matched.
