Add bool "Would you like to be a judge for the film festival?"?

Downside - more mental load, to target a relatively small portion of panelists. Upside - possibly worth it?

Not this year, at least. We'll see if we have a film festival next year.

Closing, as current TMA head has this handled for now and the foreseeable future.
