Right now the login box shows up near the bottom of the page on smaller screens. Which looks off and is a bad first impression.
See if you can tether that box to be only 1/4th way down the screen. Not dead center but... like up more...
If 1/4th doesn't work, perhaps 200px from the top of the page?
