Dashboard: Assign metrics to main Input Select period. To control all grouped metrics with one setting

Enhancement. Platform: Staging Environment: Dashboard, Custom Dashboard UI: New Layout

Select period input dropdown now always collapse to sidebar, show these when unlinked to display different look back.

• Create a linked group to main Asset, Exchange, PERIOD. to modify all assigned widgets period.
• aAternatively this can be an all or none config switch [similar to Model IV switch not yet in use], hardcoded.
• Solution: Add Periods under 1 day to 'Main period input Options.

-This is part of general enhancement proposal for workflow improvement, each part can be either ignored or used together
