In run_caribou_model the dynamic spatial models are only re-run at a timestep if the inputs have changed. It is supposed to write the output to a new file and update the datasheet with the new filename but currently the last timestep before the change is just being repeated.
Need to figure out why. Will do week after next. Doesn't really affect the Demo for making instructions but should be fixed before sharing
