SyncroSim prototype Package for simulating wildlife responses to landscape change in the Ring of Fire (RoF) region. The Package currently provides a user interface with methods for integrating SpaDES, LandR and FireSense projections with Caribou Habitat RSF models in the caribouMetrics package and bird density models from trained model objects.
Installation and set up of the Package are covered in the User Interface Help vignette.
