This repository hosts example data and configuration files for setting up R analyses in the cloud with Azure Batch. The Articles give detailed instructions for setting up an analysis using the Azure CLI command line tool.

The analysis folder contains scripts and data for a mock analysis and cloud_config contains template JSON files to use with Azure CLI
