since gnome have light and dark mode, the --wallpaper only working if we use light mode turns out the imge uri is diffrent between ligh and darkmode, and the gnome.py need little adjusment for working on both mode https://askubuntu.com/questions/1403952/wallpaper-background-switches-back-to-default-when-in-dark-mode-22-04-lts
