Currently:

the CEF does not work for MacOs. Some parts need C# code and some knowledge is needed for exporting the project with Godot.
Some Godot code needs to optimized (too many copies of textures and only a part shall be refreshed): https://github.com/Lecrapouille/gdcef/blob/ad2bb3dda93b4407d5bc7bf90f4bc9ecc31d4c42/addons/gdcef/gdcef/src/gdbrowser.cpp#L134
Add a add blocker. Prototype started here https://github.com/stigmee/gdnative-cef/tree/dev-extensions
