With the merge of #145, the documentation needs to be updated accordingly.

Proposed changes:

Mention targets the playbook(s) will install on (Debian 10-12, Ubuntu >=22.04 LTS, RHEL 9)
State which playbook to use for which distribution (EX, ansible-playbook -i inventory/hosts lemmy-almalinux.yml for RHEL based distributions)
