Accented letters not accepted in a password #23

Hi,
this may not be a bug in noweco, but rather in my email client.
But wanted you to take a look at it.

I'm a guy weird enough to use accented/ or special characters in passwords -
don't think i'm the only one though - and this doesn't work.

As a test, you can use for example the letters é or à.
Thanks!

From: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1939

Keywords and arguments consist of printable ASCII characters.
So noweco should throws an exception when it received non ASCII character
(instead of replacing by ?)
