added in rough draft of mock test #138

1) I modified the file structure to look accordingly to the last PR I created.

2) I added in login and logout functionality. Login function stayed so my test could pass, lol. I can omit if necessary.

3) Created a test file to test if a) login was functioning correctly b) logout was able to successfully logout

4) commented out some code so build could work

5) Removed authFunctions.ts since there is an apiFunctions.ts to put all API calls in
