FEE: Enhance User League Page with Survivor Count and Weekly Updates

Problem Statement: Users lack visibility into survivor counts within their leagues and cannot easily identify active leagues on the User League page.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Survivor counts are displayed for each league in the format "X/Y", where X is the remaining number of survivors and Y is the original count.
• [ ] Survivor counts update automatically on a weekly basis following results updates.
• [ ] Active leagues are visually indicated with a green indicator, while inactive leagues are marked with a red indicator.
• [ ] The modifications do not disrupt the existing layout or navigation of the User League page.
• [ ] Thorough testing ensures accurate survivor count calculation and proper display of indicators.
