Empower citizens of Philadelphia to use campaign finance data when making informed decisions about who they donate to, who they support, and who they vote for.
Now that the various layers of our project have been broken out into separate repositories, I think we should repurpose this repository purely for the purpose of high level project coordination and storing project-level documents, for the team and for public consumption. In the interest of keeping things tidy, it would be nice if we gutted all the code from this repo and stored only documents here.
