The candidate detail page should display detailed information about a single candidate. The details displayed for each candidate should include:

[x] Total $ raised
[ ] Top contributors
[ ] Contributions by ward
[x] Inside of PHL vs outside of PHL contributions
[x] Inside of PA vs outside of PA contributions
