We need a menu option, maybe in a menu that shows up when the user right clicks, that has a 'Create a Gist' option.

Similar to another Sublime plugin called HTMLPrettify (shown below).

I think we should have a sub-menu with this plugin as well.... SublimeTextGistPlugin =>
