GitHub requires you to register your application with them to use OAuth to create public gists.

We need to create a project page for our plugin so we can get access!

I'm thinking this should be a whole project in itself... meaning a way to view submitted gists via the web without a text editor. For looking through help requests... so people know when someone is requesting help.

Also, so others can view previously solved problems. What'd y'all think?
