1 Faction Leader 12 Assistant Faction Leaders.

Voting didnt go ingame, but at aeriagames website I believe. GMs gave cape to winner.

Faction Leader cape was bigger cape. Assistant faction leader cape smaller one.

In the old aeriagames TS1 only the faction leader could speak in faction chat. In the new korean TS1 AFLs can also speak in faction chat.

The faction Leader could give his cape to anyone.
