I've just found out that when the enchant on a boots or gloves are above 69% the bonus to hit rating and dodge is applied. It only affects those two item types. So if anyone could try to find it out, what they add and how to count them in, anywhere on Korean guide website or manually I would be grateful!
It has a medium priority due to that we want to keep all the formulas and character stats as client do.
