Download translation csv #97

Should make some code too download the translation csv's. Maybe this should be another exe? which shows progress bars and returns when done. Later on it could be integrated into a launcher.

Try using this one http://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/{0}/pub?output=csv Replace the {0} with the public document ID thing. This can be taken from the publish url after the /d/
