Trying to speed up the simulation #42

I am getting a real time factor of less than 0.1, if we can find ways to improve this we will save time in the long run.

Investigate "turning off sensors" as Scott suggested
Generally investigate speeding up the sim
Make changes to the hello_tiago launch files
- We may need to customise the tiago launch files, we should avoid changing these if at all possible, therefore we may need to copy them and put them somewhere in our project.

The launch files are really difficult to disentangle. Alex helped with a different environment but the speed up was minimal (better RTF in the environment they provide still around 0.3-0.4). Don't know how to turn off sensors without breaking stuff.
