Label item movement controls? #33

The < > etc arrows aren't immediately obvious. On the assumption that people would see the label when they need it (e.g. when they want to move a zoomed-in item around to access off-screen areas of it), a label might be one way to make the existence of the functionality clear.

I was actually thinking of arranging them into a more obvious layout, Project Mirador style

There is also a help modal where people can check what the controls mean.
