Title should be our parent set, as this can then be used layer to group transcription tasks (eg. Transcribe the date, genre, location associated with each title). Titles seem like a clear and easy one to base this on.

Also need to refactor the project generation script to use the logical arks rather than the image arks as it turns out that these are the arks used in the manifests so we can make a single call and pull in all of the metadata.
