Missing frame connection C++/mex #3

Hi, I may well be overlooking something, but I don't see the mex file or source code for c_FrameConnect_BaGoL anywhere?

@BioTurboNick Sorry for the delay---various summer travels. Thank you for alerting us about this issue. We have added the missing files back in and added a reference tn the README to SMITE, our MATLAB SMLM/SPT package, which includes a slightly modified version of BaGoL, and where we will update BaGoL in the future. (The changes are all very minor---simple changes to integrate BaGoL in with smite, but also some functions [starting with hier] to make it easier to use hierarchical BaGoL on a set of given ROIs.)
