- Added Class Diagrams (.cd), Small breaking changes during code reorganization

• Changed ControlExtensions.cs in Kinect v1 WPF project to have .WPF suffix in its namespace for consistency [breaking change]
• At Vitruvius.WPF and Vitruvius.WinForms projects, extracted DepthImageMode class from inside DepthExtensions.cs and placed at Vitruvius base project in Core subfolder (merged WPF and WinForms versions by moving to removing WPF and WinForms suffixes from namespace) [breaking change]
• Added Extensions subfolder to base project and moved its Extensions classes there
• Added Core subrolder to base project and moved VisualizationMode.cs there (to be together with the DepthImageMode.cs that was merged and brought in from the WPF/WinForms projects)
• Added subfolder Controllers to base project and moved VoiceController.cs there
• Added NamespaceDoc.cs files where missing to document namespaces
• Added reference to base project from the WinForms one, since DepthImageMode class has moved to the latter

I've also added a NuGet subfolder to the V1 version and updated the NuGet package (imported the original one with NPE ClickOnce app [http://npe.codeplex.com]). You can use NPE's File/Publish menu once you open the .nuspec in it to Publish an updated package for the Kinect v1 version since the one published is very old
