Nav bar should include: Background, Application, Resources (CS calculator, SPD modal [once ready], CS rating [once ready]), and Contact Us

When Contact Us is selected, it will bring you to section called "Contact Us" in the Additional Information section. It should include an excerpt at top then fill in sections for Name, Email, "What can we help you with?" comment section. This will send responses to same email that is set up for the bug suggestions

Excerpt: We hope you enjoy learning about the effects of lighting. If you want specific help with how to test the circadian-effectiveness of your current lighting, how to improve it, or working with us to conduct in-field studies, please contact us.

contact us shouldn't be in the navbar. Also I removed this from the milestone its not super important at the moment. Also creating an email sender thing without a backend isn't really too possible or viable. Maybe there is some service similar to google forms we can use for this instead.
