The Healthy Living site is made up of two parts. The Background page consists of information we, at the LRC, consider vital in understanding how light affects health. The Application page is essentially a library of examples of effective lighting in different spaces.

The background page is a great way for users of all levels of light knowledge to learn something new.

Likely the best way to familiarize yourself with the application page is to just play around.

The selection process is 6 steps long consisting of: facility, room, fixtures, target CS, CCT system, and CCT. The option to change the time of day also becomes available after the selection process.
