Add support for SIM7600 4G module #612

Current library is great!

But would be wonderful if we can get esp32cam to SIM7600 4G module support.

And be able to switch between wifi and 4g.

Should we use SIM7600 4G module for WebSocket?

Yes. That would work. And then for different 4G modules we can adjust accordingly.
