it just occurred to me: what if people need to append to a previous analysis?
ie, do one rna-seq. then do another one but did the analysis split. so project A is processed first, then half a year later, project B. A already has a GEO repo, but B now needs to be appended.
What would we do? Should the GEO staff merge the repos manually? Is this allowed? This seems like a headache, but something we HAVE to deal with at some point.
