More generally, the GEO instructions should be consolidated into a single piece of text, because they are complicated enough that they should not be split up. Something like:
For Alaska to submit your reads to the GEO, please provide your GEO account username.
If you do not have one, you can create a GEO account <a href="">here</a>.
We will also need your GEO FTP information, which you can find by logging into GEO
and going to the <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/info/submissionftp.html" target="_blank">
GEO File Transfer Protocol (FTP)</a>. Once there, navigate to the <strong>FTP server
credentials</strong> header, and copy and paste this information.
Then, have the individual fields as they currently are. I think this works better.
The GEO modal body alert asks for the GEO Username. We should link to a GEO help page if a GEO account does not exist.
