Once I start filling out the metadata, I can't view what files I uploaded. The user should be able to retrieve this list.

Each sample metadata form should have all the reads Alaska automatically mapped to that sample at the bottom as a table. Is that not enough?

that's after analysis though. I mean after upload, before analysis.

ohhh, now i understand what you mean. if we could show that image at the top of the page, that would probably be best....? i couldn't see it while filling out the forms.

I think it should stay within the sample metadata form, but we can move it up for better visibility.
