AC 1 is not met - Title text is incorrect

AC 3 not met - Option text should not have tooltip

@luan-murilo-de-oliveira-e-souza @leilafaez I have raised a bug to show what would happen when the Acs aren't met in test. Once Luan has corrected these bugs, you can follow the same process for moving to ready for testing. Leila needs to test for these bugs. If everything is working fine, both the bug and user story can be moved to done. Please let me know if you have any further questions

@luan-murilo-de-oliveira-e-souza Hi Luan, please could you put the hint text with a line break below the option text and make it a lighter shade than the main option to signify its hint text
