Abnormal eth+ton performance

In the first try(about 30min), the program kept auto tuning and eth speed could only reach 40,60.60 without any error reported. Then, I added '--maxdualimpact 0,,' to the axtraparameters and found some more interesting things, which kept for 15min before I closed the mining program and was shown in the picture below.

Using 3080TI:

Wait 1 minute to start to be sure is unlock

• Nvidia Driver 472.12
• User Fixed Core applying --cclk 1200 in EXTRAPARAMETERS bat file and lolMiner.exe as Administrator
• Power Limit 100% MSI Afterburner

Other Tips and Tricks:

• Check Memory Temperature for Thermal in GDDR6x
• No Monitor Connected to that GPU
• Gen2 to the Mobo Slot
• Use Riser
