GPU continuously re-calibrating #1478

I'm using v1.47 and drivers are 510.x as recommended.

All my gpus are 3070TI FE and have exactly the same overclock but one is failing to unlock the lhr. It keeps recalibrating but it's been like that for a few hours.

Second rig with exactly same hardware and overclock setting is running into the same issue. Funny enough is also the 11th gpu here too

my 3080ti randomly calibrating till 1.0 lhr unlock and mines 1.2mh/s

Update: lowered memory clock on gpu to 2300mhz. 60.5mhs stable now.
