Features request: AMD clock and voltage control needed and bit more

Man, your miner is just awesome, but it needs bit more features especially for AMD users:

1. AMD core and memory frequency/voltage control, timings level like teamredminer
2. FAN control ( target temp, not just shutdown temperature)
3. Ability to specify log file size and log rotation
4. ubiquity mining

3. true for linux, not sure it's easy for windows
4. would be nice to have clock offset control for windows also so Afterburner is not needed
