Setup NEXA + ZIL #1838

When i set ZIL as 2nd coin miner won't start. Message: ETHASH" requires primary --algo to be ETHASH, ETCHASH or UBQHASH. Please add support for dualmining ;-)

There was a guide how to do nexa + zil with hiveos. "How to dual mine Nexa and Zil" youtube: MineSum10) I am waiting for windows guide

Between the {} you may add additional arguments, but it is quite interesting to put the OC of the Nvidia GPUs. Remember that will only work with Nvidia Drivers +520

Very important that each algo start at a new line. Or it will not work
