Nexa & Zil bat file

For Windows you have that guide to do NEXA+ZIL, well any algo+zil: https://github.com/Lolliedieb/lolMiner-releases/wiki/Guide-ALGO---ZIL-Windows

Meanwhile Dev ends that function to be integrated automaticly in the miner.
