No matter what I set, I can't increase the wattage. Is this a bug or some optimization within kernel?

Can you try to put Fix Core?? or positive Core?. To try to get and extra. I recommend if you are in HiveOS to use the last version 1.30 that has extra unlock on 3060 giving nearly 38-39Mhs on ETH...

Could you release a version that implements an intensity command, or just unlock the efficiency on this algo?
