rtx3070 LHR crash (and rx570 8gb) after dag verified #840

doesn't seem to matter what i adjust sometimes it just works other times it doesn't. second screenshot shows where the miner crashes. third screenshot shows it working or not working over the span of 3 days without changing anything.... i do not have any settings in the miner config/flight sheet.

Could you make some of these test to see if we find the problem:

Try 1.34, Your DAG is loaded without any problem, so it could be that fast patch os 1.34a wasn't tested enough.
Reduce Memory of Nvidia, becuase it seems that continues sometime mining at 60Mhs. That could be a crash on the Nvidia Driver caused by a too much Memory OC. Just reduce for test to 1500 instead of 2000

I hope that pair of tricks help at the moment to try to find the solution...

neither of those fixed it... actually made it worse... now it doesnt even build the dag...

I see you are still in 1.34 and not 1.34a or tested 1.33

It will be soon also released 1.35. But is show also start DAG generation...

Something seems to lock up the entire rig , because it is not one card hanging, but rather the whole thing not continues to mine. The question is why. Any chance to read the system logs if there are any kernel panics? This usually happens when a driver messes it up completely.

Maybe give a check on running Nvidia / AMDs separately so we get an idea first which of the two is the problem.

looks like AMD is the problem... crashes on dag generation for rx570 8gb i know my settings are stable because i use them on 2 different rigs and 2 different miners.... so i'm not sure what is happening

Which is the error of the crash?. Which of the 2 GPUs crash?
