Feature Request - Pause/Resume over API request #90

Hello.

Can you provide pause/resume mining for all or separate GPU functionality? By API or console hotkeys. Sometimes this function are critical for me.

For ex: http://127.0.0.1:3333/pause_all - do pause all GPUs, and http://127.0.0.1:3333/resume_all - continue mining for all GPUs.

Is there a /stop_all (or equivalent) or a /restart_all already? If not, would love to have this added when you are adding these two.

Additionally, a /stop_dev# (i.e. /stop_0 or /stop_1) or /restart_dev# to reset an individual thread would be great.

Waiting this feature, to control every GPU at unit level, to change from t-rex to lol-miner. We implemented an internal rig control solution to pause or restart each gpu controlling his energy consumption, to be totally green, free energy.
