I was wondering if we can also have or where we can find the dark color scheme of google as shown in dark mode

I don't know either, but I know IntelliJ 2019.1+ and Android Studio 3.5+ have revamped the theme engine which can include color schemes. I guess it's easier now. Searching for it should help you make it.
