Makes it so notes ahead of the loop show greyed out in the lead up to the loop without setting the grey note timer every frame

Closing as https://github.com/Lovrom8/RSMods/commit/1b752bc0481d8d430d4685e06312e19fd426fe04 should achieve the same thing without creating a level of obfuscation for those who want to do code reviews. (disregard the cout, I noticed it and forgot to remove it. newer commit removes it)
