Volume control enhancements #115

  1. The volume settings do not display perpetually anymore.
  2. All of the volume control hotkeys will automatically display the correct mixer volume setting on screen for a few seconds while modifying the volume.
  3. You can press and hold a "show mixer" keybind that will show all of the mixer volumes on screen until you release the key.
  4. if you press and hold a volume adjustment key it will continually update the volume until you release it.
