Bug - RS_ASIO tab in RSMods overwrites .ini file, removes new options #134

I installed the updated RS_ASIO and RSMods today.

There's a new RS_ASIO.ini format with the new option for each input/output EnableRefCountHack=

When using the RSASIO Settings tab in RS Mods, it will replace this file with the old version, and lose any of the new settings.
