Installer doesn't install rsmods #142

Just installed a new copy of windows 10 on an old laptop so that I could take rocksmith with me on a trip to visit my parents. Installed Rocksmith, and then grabbed the installer from the latest release, ran it, but it didn't ask me where the location of rocksmith was, seemed to find it, and said custom dlc would now work. I copied over my cdlc from my other computer, and it does work, but I don't have the rsmods app to enable or disable any of the other mods.

Please, note that rsmods has no cdlc patch included in set and forget mods, please download it separately from https://ignition4.customsforge.com/tools/CDLCEnabler 🙂

Well that's odd as I downloaded it from the release page here, and when I ran it, I got the "click to enable mods" button, and when I clicked it, all that happened was it said that cdlc would now work. And it did. RSMods was not present in the game directory though, and I checked several times.

Then I downloaded the release before the current one, and ran that, and after clicking the "enable mods" button, it gave the same message, and then popped up another window telling me that RSMods had been installed, and indeed it was.

Edit: To be specific, the file I downloaded from this location: https://github.com/Lovrom8/RSMods/releases/tag/RSModsInstaller-v1.2.7.2 did not install RSMods, but did enable cdlc (Again, I remind this is a fresh install of the game on a fresh install of Windows 10, so it wasn't a leftover dll). Whereas the file on this page: https://github.com/Lovrom8/RSMods/releases/tag/RSModsInstaller-v1.2.7.1 worked and created and populated the RSMods folder.

I've had this same issue - old copy of RS2014, old version of RSMods installed. Tried to launch and got an error (unfortunately I didn't take a copy!). I renamed the RSMods folder and then reinstalled using the v.1.2.7.2 version but only allowed CDLC, it didn't install the RSMods. I then re-installed an older version and that did the trick
