Resolved by using 1.2.6.5 on previous_version beta
If / when that beta branch gets removed, your game will start crashing as the version in the mods and the version of the game will mismatch.
You should try to get off that beta branch, else you'll have issues down the road.
@ffio1 as mentioned in the original issue, I did try and move to the new version, the game would still crash, saying it didn't have access to a virtual address. I'll have to cross the bridge of updating when I'm forced to. I really don't want to spend any more time on this.
For many mates, an update just helped from beta to current in Steam. For me, and for others, a complete RS delete and install helped only. Idk why...just that was the only way. Do not forget to save your CDLC dir before delete!
Had an issue last week where RS2014 would no longer launch, so I went into RSMods and checked the Disable All Mods checkbox, then I was able to open the game again.
However, when I try to re-enable the mods, nothing works, can't hide loft, auto select profile doesn't work, etc.
I've tried adding the newer versions of the DLLs, turning on/off beta [previous_version], but turning off the beta I cant even get the game to launch at all.
