Feature Request: guitar speak hotkey (HOLD TO USE) #164

I tried guitar speak, and there are lots of issues with it accidentally triggering.

Most of my issues would be fixed if there was a hotkey to either toggle it, or better, hold down to use guitarspeak.

Then it could easily be bound to a pedal like https://kinesis-ergo.com/shop/1-pedal-for-savant-elite2-jsb/

Which not a keybind, there is an item in guitarspeak where if you strum a certain note it will turn off guitar speak, and if you strum it again it will turn on.

I think it's called "close" or something along those lines.

the problem is that note can be hit during arcade games
