DLL - FR - support new RS_ASIO feature "AltBaseChannel" #76

opening RSMod overwrites this new ini parameter, if not enabled in the RSMod exe, please don't overwrite it in the RS_ASIO.ini. Thanks for the great mod!

Feature is already added, just hasn't been pushed to the public yet. Whenever we push the next public update, it should come with.

You can download the current latest version here and manually replace the files: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Lovrom8/rsmods/build/artifacts , before we finally push a new version :)

If you do this, be aware that a new tab is added named "Profile Edits". I recommend not messing with it, but if you do and something breaks let me know. Also make sure to backup your profile :)

updated to latest version, working great indeed, nice to see the alt channel added to the interface! new tab looks promising :) will probably mess around with it some later, will let you know if I see strange things.
